Time is being spent enjoying the holidays with family [and running]!

This holiday season has been more calm and relaxing than ever before. Of course stress free is alway a preference but this year a stress free holiday wasn’t an intentional goal. I simply committed to less, kept everything simple and created simple menus for the upcoming celebrations on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I’ll have to remember this feeling next year!

    Looks like a great holiday menu! This year is always stressful for me because of my work. No matter how prepared I try to be, there are always speed bumps. But I keep on keeping on. 🙂 That’s why I don’t commit to much this time of year…too much stress from work and I’d rather not be stressed in other areas of my life. Merry Christmas!!
