Week 1 Goal: Stretch/foam roll at least 15 minutes daily. Success!
Just like last year, HBBC 2012 started the week of Thanksgiving when I was off from work, kids were out of school and no extracurricular activities. With the extra time and flexibility staying on track with workouts was easy. The challenge will be keeping the momentum going during a typical week for the Conyers’ family and the added holiday busyness. I’m confident I can do it!
