I read this somewhere and it seems to always be in the back of my mind. A little reminder. Too bad it took me so long to realize the truth to this. Better late than never. Right?
My never ending quest to update my running music lead me to Rock My Run and this playlist. I’ve never really paid much attention to the beats per minute and my pace so I decided to give it a try. It was fun and it seemed to be a distraction that made the miles go by quicker.
Do you vary your pace with the music? Do you pick specific music for the BPM?
