2. Running 2011. The Daily Mile year end report. There’s just something about seeing the numbers. It’s motivating. A feeling of accomplishment.
3. Let me ask you guys about workouts using a stability ball. Like it? Love it? Hate it? Never tried it? My opinion. OMG it’s hard! Add weights and a variety of positions and you get a wobbly ball. It’s used often throughout P90X2. In my defense of bad stability ball skills, this is only my second week. I’ve stomped my foot in frustration more times than I care admit over the past 10 days. I’m not giving up! I will master the stability ball! Any tips?
