Participants will once again celebrate the sport of running by promoting the health benefits of running to others and running “their own course”.
2. I've been looking for new ideas for running playlists and found a great resource. Rock My Run! Playlists like Know No Boundaries, Miles Fly By and Going the Distance.
3. I'm in week 3 of P90X and still working on how to fit in running at least a few days a week. The words TYRING TO DO TOO MUCH is coming to mind a lot lately! Benefit of P90X and running, I'm not waking up at 3:00 A.M. so I'm getting more sleep. I guess exhaustion will do that 🙂
