All personal training programs include a monthly clean eating meal plan, cardio, and strength-training plan.

Package #1: $25 – Physical Fitness Assessment
Package #2: $130 – 6 One-on-One Exercise Sessions
Package #3: $200 – 10 One-on-One Exercise Sessions
Package #4: $375 – 20 One-on-One Exercise Sessions
Package #5: $715 – 40 One-on-One Exercise Sessions
