Good morning. I’ve taken a short social media break this week which means I didn’t create any new workouts, not even for myself.
I didn’t create any new workouts but, I’ve still got you covered for this week!
For your workout plan this week, choose from the following total body workouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Plan for 3-5 times a week, alternating between the workouts or, if you prefer, choose 1 workout for every workout.

How often do you think, I would workout today if I had time or how often does someone say to you, “how do you find the time to workout?” Don’t give up just yet. When it comes to exercise, it really is about quality, not quantity.
You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to workout effectively and reach your health and fitness goals. In about 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week, you can build muscle and burn fat effectively and efficiently and feel amazing. How’s that for time well spent!
