I’ve been waiting to see everybody so I could share my news! I passed the NASM cPT exam on Saturday! Cue the confetti and fireworks! Yay!
I’m thinking about a how-to pass the exam/study tips type of post. What do you think?
So. What’s next?
I’m still riding the high from Blogfest and then the weekend after I returned, passing the exam. With all the excitement, knowledge, inspiration and positive vibes of the past month I feel myself wanting to do it all NOW!
I want to take the business ideas I have for personal training and put them into action. Think blender parties, healthy DIY no-bake treats and bootcamps in the park. I’ve been laying the ground work for these things for the past 6 months.
I want to take the knowledge from Blogfest and put it into practice to grow jill conyers [dot] com. First on the list, finish the redesign of Jill Conyers | Fitness, Health and Happiness.
I want to take the energy and inspiration from Blogfest and accomplishing my summer goal of passing the exam and continue to dream big!
Don’t miss the gift of the present moment.
But, for now, I’m taking a week of doing less. I want to process it all and fully enjoy this moment. It’s so easy to find yourself moving on to the next “thing” and getting caught up in the busyness of life. Sometimes you have to NOT do to get more done.
Next week’s [optional] topic: We’re exploring our flat selves!
Here’s an example of what we’re talking about.
Have fun with it! Create a flat self that represents you and the things you love.
Do you take time to do less? Do you find yourself getting caught up in the busyness of life?
be the best version of YOU
Let’s stay in touch!
