Eat Seasonably – Spring
Despite the non-spring like weather my brain is in spring mode. Grilling, being outdoors, green grass, farmer’s markets and seasonal fruits and veggies. I know, we had snow this week, but a girl can dream right!
Recipe creating and menu planning this week has been focused on fresh spring fruits and veggies, minimal cooking, flavor combinations and that all adds up to salads.
