Being on summer break gives me extra time in the morning to have something other than my favorite green smoothie for breakfast. Lately it’s been different combinations of waffles with fruit and experimenting with different homemade Muesli recipes.
I’ve been experimenting with fresh veggie combinations to create different salsa and pico de gallo recipes. Yum!
My decision to use barefoot running as a training tool to focus on form is actually improving my form. In addition to my regular training runs I’ve been running about 2 miles a few times a week in the Vibrams. I’m lovin’ it because it’s working!
