Welcome to the 2012 One Little Word June blog hop.
This month’s prompt was to create a series of nine mini-canvases while keeping in mind your word. Creative meditation while your hands are creating and your head and heart reflect on your word.
June Class Project
Thoughts: As I think about the month of June [and browse through my June folder of photos] BALANCE felt doable and less precarious. By no means is it perfect [or easy], but more often than not it feels like a balanced life is attainable. Serendipitous keeps coming to mind about the past 30 days. As crazy busy as life gets, in the end, things that have to get done are done and I accomplish everything the things that are a priority to me. It’s a nice feeling. I can’t help but wonder what August has in store for me and my One Little Word journey.

I like the way your cards have a faded simplicity to them – especially like the transparencies and popped elements.

Thank you! I kind of had a hard time getting into this month’s project but once I started it was fun to play with the paint.

Great work! I like all of them in their own way, but especially the one that says moments. It’s really eye-catching. Thanks for sharing!

love the colour of your canvases…and love that you added an embellishment to the outside of the page protector. I am just amazed at how you get everything done! An inspiration!
I love the subtlety of your canvases. Yet it totally conveys the feeling. Great job.
