1. With me working late, Alec’s robotics build session and my daughter’s tumbling class my husband and I decided we would celebrate Valentine’s Day this weekend. On Tuesday, not expecting anything different I found these in my refrigerator, a variety of chocolate covered strawberries from Shari’s Berries. I ate one for breakfast
2. Can I brag just a little? Medicine balls have become my favorite piece of workout equipment.
My latest accomplishment with P90X2 is this, push-ups on 4 medicine balls. The secret? Tighten the quads like they’ve never been tightened before. Love this!
3. The closest I’ve been able to come to finding a solution to my afternoon slump that gets me through a workout or run before dinner and is not a bazillion added calories to my day is this, mini Clif Bars.
