3. Green tea. I’ve started drinking 1-2 cups of green tea daily. We’ll see if the benefits I’ve read so much about are true and make a noticeable difference.

  1. I make green tea smoothies. I usually add fresh pineapple and spinach with a touch of raw honey to sweeten and it’s unbelievably delish and refreshing! I did a post back in April 2011.

  2. Allan’s boss lives off green tea, runs, and plays soccer and he is in perfect health and phenomenal shape and gives green tea and exercise credit for all of it!

  3. I always want to become a tea drinker because it is supposed to be good for you, but I just can’t do it. I am not a fan of warm drinks (no coffee for me either). I just need to force myself and then I will probably start to enjoy it. Let us know if it makes a difference:)
